Recently established as a boutique agency in Collingwood, Ontario, we have a special place in our heart for our local communities in Southern Georgian Bay, Muskoka and Northern Ontario, but we love our clients from across Canada. Momento provides all the services integral to hosting a successful conference in the modern context. More than two decades of experience procuring and organizing talent domestically and internationally has allowed our team to develop important relationships with the world’s top performing artists and their representatives. These relationships enable us to successfully obtain the desired performers for the best price possible.
Throughout the process we consult closely with our clients on matters related to customs and immigration, non-resident taxes, contractual / rider negotiations, payment schedules and technical / hospitality rider requirements. We can also handle all matters related to entertainment including arrangements for artist travel, local ground transportation, backline and all on-site entertainment management.

We start all of our wedding engagements with a complimentary consultation, where we get to know one another and decide the best course of action.
